We are open 7 days a week, from 10am to 6pm. Last call for the range is typically Monday 4pm, Tuesday-Sunday 5pm. This is subject to change due to special events being held on the range. We are closed on New Year’s Day, Easter Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and on Christmas Day.

We are located at 6969 Highway 69, Prescott Valley Arizona, 86314. We are on the southwest corner of Glassford Hill Rd. and Highway 69. For a map, look at the bottom of this page.

10 years old at the discretion of the Range Master. All minors must be accompanied by an adult and have written consent from the parent/legal guardian. Minors must share the lane with the responsible adult.

Anyone 10 years old or older is welcome to take the class. However, you must be 21 years old to apply for the permit.

We proudly support all active law enforcement and military, as well as active firefighters. Everyone who produces supporting credentials will receive a Discounted Range Fee.

Yes. Every Third Thursday is ladies night! From 6pm-8pm.  During ladies night we provide an hour of classroom instruction on a variety of firearms and self defense topics. We also provide an hour of range time with instructors present to assist you. Ladies night tuition is $20, and members receive a $5 discount).

We have an Advanced Glock Armorer who is also a certified gunsmith and specializes in Glock modifications. Our Armorer is also a Dura Coat® Certified Finisher and can customize the finish of your firearm. Please feel free to call in advance to set up an appointment to see how we can accommodate you.

If you bring your own firearm, you can use your own ammunition. If you use one of our Rental Guns, you must purchase our ammunition to shoot them. No tracer, incendiary, armor piercing, green tip, steel core, or black powder is permitted. If you take advantage of the opportunity to shoot our Reactive Pop-Up Falling Plate Target System, no hollow point or wad cutter ammo will be allowed.

We allow holster use on our range! To do so, you must first check in with the RSO and be holster certified to work from the holster.

Currently, our shooting ranges are set up for pistol calibers only. (Accommodations for rifle calibers coming soon!) Shotguns are not permitted. Again; No tracer, incendiary, armor piercing, green tip, steel core, or black powder is permitted.

Yes, it is $12 for one handgun, or for $19 you can try every gun of one caliber. For just $29 you can try every handgun in our rental inventory. (Excludes NFA – COMING SOON !) Please note that in order to maintain a safe environment, rental firearms are available only to customers 21 years or older.

Absolutely! We have 2 separate bays with 6 lanes which allows us to accommodate a group up to 18 people. Ask about special package deals for parties, corporate team building events, or law enforcement training.

All firearms and ammunition sales are final unless you elect to enroll in our Lifetime Warranty and No-Regrets Assurance Policy.

All other merchandise may be returned within 14 days for a full refund, but must be in its original packaging and in original condition.

Yes ! INSIGHT offers a Layaway plan on “Firearms and Optics over $500” only:

• All items must be in stock.
• 20% Deposit is Required.
• The 20% Deposit is Nonrefundable.
• Final payment and pick-up must be within 60 days of the layaway.
• Customers may only have one (1) layaway open at any given time unless approved by management.
• Customers may NOT switch-out guns on a layaway. Once the customer commits to a firearm to be put in layaway, they lose their deposit on that gun should they decide not to purchase it.

Yes, provided it is a handgun caliber. All NFA items must be accompanied by the appropriate ATF paperwork and presented to the Range Safety Officer. Anyone shooting a full auto must be “Full Auto Certified” by our Range Safety Officer for a one-time fee of $10.

Closed toed footwear is recommended. Loose fitting clothing and shirts are not recommended as hot brass may potentially fall into your clothing. Eye and ear protection are required as well. We do not rent those due to personal hygiene concerns, however we do have a large selection to choose from for purchase in our retail store.

Advanced Lane Reservations are available to Ultimate Insight Members only. There is usually not a wait, but during our busiest times and when the Training Bay is being used for training there may be a short wait. We welcome you to browse our vast retail selection. We can take reservations if you’d like to rent the entire shooting bay of 6 lanes when the Training Bay is not scheduled for classes.

Yes, we will gladly assist with your FFL transfer.

Yes, no problem. Hundreds of foreign tourists come shoot on our range on a regular basis even if they have never shot before. Please be sure to bring your passport or other photo identification.

Insight Firearms Training Development LLC has a 72 hour reschedule policy. Classes are nonrefundable.
